Water Damage and Mold Services in Culver City, CA

Six services cover the full path from active water to a finished repair. Each page below answers a different question, so you can start with the one that matches what you see.

  • Dispatch open 24/7
  • Scope and price explained first

How the six services fit together

A water loss usually moves through phases. First the water has to be stopped and removed, then the structure dries, then ruined materials are cleaned out and replaced. Mold remediation is a separate track that sits alongside these phases, because mold only appears when something stays wet.

If water is moving right now, emergency water removal and water mitigation are the pages to read. If the water is gone but the room is damaged, water damage cleanup and water damage repair are the next step. Contaminated storm or sewage water is covered under flood damage restoration, and any dark growth or musty smell is covered under mold remediation.

Emergency pages and planned pages

Four of the six pages are written for emergencies. They are mitigation, cleanup, emergency water removal and flood damage restoration, and the title of each says so. Repair and mold remediation are planned work, and they do not need a call at three in the morning unless water is still present.

All six services share the same dispatch line, so you do not have to pick the right number. Call (424) 550-5662 and say what you see. Dispatch explains the next step and the scope and price are explained on site before any work starts.

How scope and price work across all six services

No service page can quote a number honestly, because water category, affected area, materials and drying time change the cost. For that reason every job starts with a visit, and the crew explains the scope and price on site before any work begins.

Ask for the scope in writing, ask what will be removed and why, and ask to see moisture readings while equipment runs. Those three questions work with any restoration company, and we welcome them.

What we do not do

We are a water damage restoration and mold remediation service. We do not repair plumbing lines, install waterproofing or fix foundations, and a plumber, roofer or HVAC technician is still needed to repair the source of a leak. We handle the water, the drying and the rebuild.

Fire and smoke restoration are not part of this service plan, and neither is basement waterproofing. If you are not sure whether your problem fits, call and ask.

Serving Culver City and Marina del Rey

All six services are available in Culver City, where the main ZIP codes are 90230 and 90232, and in Marina del Rey, where the main ZIP code is 90292. The Marina del Rey page explains how dispatch works there, including the county and district details that differ from city rules.

The city's Building Safety Division at (310) 253-5800 can tell you whether a repair needs a permit, and any scope that involves pipe replacement, wall replacement or dry rot should be checked with them first.

Questions about our services

Call the 24/7 line and describe what you see. Dispatch decides whether you need water removal, mitigation, cleanup, repair or mold work, and explains the order.

The dispatch line is open 24/7, and a same-day visit is offered when a crew is available. Planned repair and mold work are scheduled with you.

No. A plumber repairs the pipe. We remove the water, dry the structure and rebuild what was damaged.

They are connected. Mold grows where materials stay wet, so mold remediation starts with the moisture source and is handled as its own service.
